CPR & AED Training
Did you know that OSHA requires CPR certification for employers over 9 FTE’s? American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Saver CPR & AED course teaches CPR, relief of choking and AED in adults, children and infants. Instructor is AHA certified and a practicing emergency response professional.
First Aid Training
First Aid is great add-on course to CPR & AED training and can be done in the same day. American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Saver First Aid course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Instructor is AHA certified and a practicing emergency response professional.
Blood Borne Pathogens
OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens standard prescribes safeguards to protect workers against the health hazards from exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials, and to reduce their risk from this exposure. Learn about the OSHA standard, who is at risk for exposure, how to prevent an exposure and what to do if an exposure occurs.

According to OSHA “Back injuries are considered the nations # 1 workplace safety problem. Back injuries are often very painful, cause long term or lifetime disability and are very expensive to diagnose and treat. Americans spend at least $50 billion each year on low back pain, the most common cause of job-related disability and a leading contributor to missed work. Back pain is the second most common neurological ailment in the United States — only headache is more common. Make sure your employees know who to take care of their back.
Common Sense Ground Rules for Worksite Emergencies
Would you know an emergency if you saw it? More importantly, would you know what to do? This educational opportunity is for the non medical person to learn the ground rules and discuss a dozen common emergencies that you may encounter while at work or in your home.
